Several forms have been changed and updated. Resident Directory updated. Newsletter and calendar.
Upon review of the Florida Statutes, 720.303(4)(B), we will have a page for notices. This is to alert the community to HOA Meetings, Minutes and Agendas. We will also use that page for items of concern to the community.
To see the agenda and the latest minutes, Go to the members-only section. The next HOA Board meeting is on June 9th at 6:30 pm.
Please take a moment and review the Resident Directory and make sure the information is correct. Also if you see where we are missing a neighbor's information, please let me know. You can send the information to admin@silverlakeslakeland.com.
Polk County and SWFWMD have given all people in Polk County new guidelines in watering due to lower than normal rainfall. The Irrigation system will only be on for your lawn, one day a week beginning 2/8/2026 until 7/1/2026. Your schedule for when your lawn is your normal evening watering time. There will be no morning watering times.
Homeoners - Please do not use pumps in the lakes to pull water and water your lawns on your own. This is against SWFMD and the County's watering restrictions that are on-going right now. You will be fined up to $500 from the County should you get caught doing this outside of the normal lawn irrigation watering the neighborhood provides. Please note this is a courtesy advisory from the HOA.
Each of you who has not filled out an Electronic Consent form will find one in your Community mailbox. Please fill it out and return it to box number 88. If you do not fill one out, then you will no longer be able to receive community blast emails, newsletters, and other information in your email or online here at the website. Please do this as soon as you can. Our new management company will also require this to send you information. It is a state statute that we have this on file for each homeowner who wants electronic information.
