Upon review of the Florida Statutes, 720.303(4)(B), we will have a page for notices. This is to alert the community to HOA Meetings, Minutes and Agendas.  We will also use that page for items of concern to the community.

Polk County and SWFWMD have given all people in kPolk County new guidelines in watering due to lower than normal rainfall. The Irrigation system will only be on for your lawn, one day a week beginning 2/8/2026 until 7/1/2026. A schedule for when your lawn is on your normal day and normal daytime watering time. There will be no late afternoon/evening watering times. You can get more information on Polk County Utilities water restrictions page. This will also tell you when you can wash your car and other restrictions.
